Private  Lesson Cancellation  Policy

When you are unable to attend a scheduled private lesson, the coach must be notified (24) hours in advance. If you are unable to attend a lesson they may be able to book that time with another student. Time is needed for them to react and make other arrangements. Coaches will charge you a regular lesson fee if you are an unannounced “no show”. Please check with your private lesson coach about their policy for canceling lessons for time periods of less than 24 hours. All coaches at Kendall Ice Arena work as independent contractors and you must book/cancel private lessons directly with them. The Kendall Ice Arena Office has no knowledge of their lesson schedules and cannot confirm, set up, or cancel lessons.
