John Arceo - Assistant Hockey Director,  U-8 and Learn to Play
Johnnie hails from Hayward, California, and started playing in 1976. He started coaching in '87 for the Berkley Bears Hockey Club. He has been a hockey instructor for 15 years. In 2006, he was the assisting coach to the Oakland Seals Women's Hockey Club. He started with the Toros in 2011, where he has been coaching the U8 and the U10.

Dianah Klatt - Assistant Hockey Director, U-10 and Learn to Play

Dianah is originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota. She has coached ice hockey for many years. 

Her ice hockey qualifications include USA Hockey CEP Level 4, Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification, Minnesota Hockey High Performance, and Tier 1 Coach C.\

  • Instructs individual hockey players from beginner through college

  • Instructs youth hockey and high school hockey teams

  • Implements off-ice training programs

  • New PSA Hockey Committee Chair -The PSA is excited to announce Dianah Klatt as the new PSA Hockey Committee Chair. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for skating will be an asset to the PSA Hockey Skating program.

Alan DeVries

Coach DeVries has his USA Hockey certification completed up to level four and is eligible to coach every age group under USA Hockey guidelines. You can't miss him in the rink, just look for the Michigan Wolverines hat. The Miami Toros are excited to have Coach DeVries in our organization!

Dr. Daniel Ramirez - Goalie Coach
Daniel is a Miami native who has been involved in athletics and fitness his whole life. He started playing baseball at three years of age and followed with soccer, basketball, football, roller hockey, and finally found his passion for ice hockey. Daniel pursued his passion and went from Miami to Portland, ME (Portland Jr. Pirates
); Buffalo, NY (Wheatfield Jr. Blades); and Annville, PA (Lebanon Valley College) where he ultimately finished his career playing NCAA ice hockey. 
Daniel maintains his passion for hockey and sports but has shifted his focus to coaching young athletes. Daniel currently works at Miami Children's Hospital (West Kendall) as a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist and has completed additional education in order to become a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist in order to provide the highest therapy and training to his patients and clients. Coupled with his high level of academic knowledge is his experience working with kids for over 10 years.

- Certified in Fascial Movement Taping
- 11 years of experience coaching kids
