2012 "Nutcracker" On Ice

The Stars of the Kendall Ice Arena Skating Academy (young and old) performed the "Nutcracker" to a sold out audience on December 18, 2011

New Sk8sports Iphone App is great for parents and skaters. The app includes, dowloadable video clips of all the skills taught in our Learn to Skate group classes, plus all of the jumps up to the double axel. The Coaches and Instructors at Kendall Ice Arena are all members of PSA and USFSI! We have coaches who have specialized knowledge in all of the areas of figure skating! They have years of teaching experience ranging from recreational to PSA Master Rated Freestyle! This experience covers Beginners (Tots to Adults), Moves In The Field, Freeskating, Ice Dancing and Pair Skating! Whether you are a recreational or advanced competitive skater, we have a coach suited for your needs!

PRIVATE LESSONS

There are two ways to arrange a private lesson:

1. You can give us the day and time that is best suited to you. We will arrange a private or semi private lesson for you or your child with a qualified coach. Please pick up a private lesson request form at the skate counter or e-mail the Skating Academy Office!

2. You are welcome to come and observe the coaches at work and approach them directly to arrange lesson day and time.

All Coaches and Instructors are independent contractors who use the Kendall Ice Arena facilities to teach private lessons; therefore they set their own schedule and fees. All fees must be paid at the Skating Academy Office prior to the lesson. These fees are for instruction only and do not include the price of admission or skate rental.
