First game will be
January 29th, 2013
$3000 per team
$350 individual sign up
10 Players + 1 goalie
per team, 18 max.
League Director will
assist individuals with jerseys through the
Kendall Pro-Shop for special League Pricing.
$15.00 jersey fee if one is needed. All teams are
required to have same color for their team jerseys.

League Season
Commences with target start date of January 29th,
2013
Registrations can be
made in person or by phone: (305) 386-8288 with a credit
card.
Players must play a minimum of 8 games to be eligible
for play-offs.
Rosters are frozen after game 7.
League director will appoint team captains.
 All
Players Must be USA Hockey registered for the 12-13
season. This Is Mandatory and must be presented to the
hockey office before the first game. Register online @:
