10:00pm to 11:00pm
$250.00 Per Player
Individual Registrations
only.
10 Players + 1 goalie per
team minimum, 15 max.
Up to 3 players may
request the same team assignment.
League Director will
assist individuals with jerseys through the
Kendall Pro-Shop for special League Pricing.
$15.00 jersey fee if one is needed. All teams are
required to have same color for there team jerseys.

League Season
Commences with target start date of March 8th,
2012
Registrations can be made
in person or you may also register by phone: (305)
386-8288 with a credit card.
Players must play a minimum of 5 games to be eligible
for play-offs.
Rosters are frozen after game 4.
League director will appoint team captains.
All Players Must be USA Hockey registered
for the 11-12 season. This Is Mandatory and must be
presented to the hockey office before the first game.
